No. Resuby does not have a subscription, a monthly Premium tier, or per-seat team pricing. You only ever pay (optionally) for a one-time download unlock, and even that is avoidable by watching an ad.

Resuby's 25+ templates are built on ATS-safe formatting principles: single-column layouts, standard fonts, semantic section headings, and text-based PDF export. The ATS Plain template is text-only for maximum parsing, and every template avoids the formatting tricks that confuse parsers.

No. Resuby sends your input to our AI provider (Llama 3.1 running on Groq) for inference only. We don't store your resume content beyond your current session, and it's never used for model training.

Absolutely. Every template, export, and editing feature works without touching AI. AI is a helper, not a gatekeeper.

By default, resumes are stored locally on your device. If you create an account, they sync to Firebase (encrypted at rest, in transit, and restricted to your user ID) so you can edit across devices. You can delete your account and data anytime from settings.

Never. We don't have a recruiter marketplace. We don't sell profiles. We don't even have email marketing on by default.

Yes. You can request a data export or account deletion from settings at any time. We store only the data you provide and nothing else.

You can restore from a Resuby backup file. Resuby exports your resume as a JSON backup, and you can import that file to pick up exactly where you left off — handy for moving between devices or restoring after a reinstall. Resuby doesn't parse external PDF or DOCX files.

PDF (vector, no watermark, optimized for A4 and US Letter), Word-compatible RTF that opens in Word, Google Docs, Pages, and LibreOffice, and LaTeX source from the built-in LaTeX editor. Downloads unlock by watching a short ad or with a one-time unlock.

You can download your resume as a PDF or RTF and send it directly, or export a JSON backup that another Resuby user can import to view and edit.

For most professionals, a 1-page resume is ideal. If you have 10+ years of relevant experience, a 2-page resume is acceptable. Resuby's templates automatically adjust spacing to help you fit your content perfectly.

In the US, UK, and Canada, it's generally recommended NOT to include a photo to avoid unconscious bias. However, in some European or Asian countries, it's common. Resuby offers templates both with and without photo slots.

Stick to clean, sans-serif fonts like Inter, Roboto, or Helvetica. These are easily readable by both human recruiters and ATS software. Resuby uses high-readability fonts in all templates.

If you are a student or recent graduate with a GPA above 3.5 (or 8.0 CGPA), definitely include it. If you have more than 2 years of work experience, GPA becomes less relevant and can be omitted.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 and SSL/TLS. Your resume data is restricted to your account and never accessed by Resuby staff without your permission.

Yes. Resuby has a guest mode and is offline-first — your work is saved locally on your device using a local cache. Signing in (email/password, Google, or Apple) is optional and adds cloud sync across devices.

The Android app and the web app are live today. iOS is coming soon. The web and Android versions share the same templates and content, with optional cloud sync once you sign in.

No. The web app runs in any modern browser. The Android app is optional if you prefer native. iOS is coming soon.

Yes. Resuby is fully responsive and works great on Android tablets and in the browser. The larger screen makes editing even easier than on a phone.

Yes. Resuby is offline-first — the Android app saves your work locally and works without a connection, with optional cloud sync when you're online. AI features need a connection.

Yes. You can build and download your resume without ever signing up. Your data is saved locally in your browser. However, we recommend creating a free account to sync your work across devices.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, all resumes, and synced data from our servers. This action is irreversible.

You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple — or skip signing in entirely and use guest mode. Signing in adds optional cloud sync across devices.

Download your resume as a PDF or Word-compatible RTF and send it directly to recruiters or coaches. There's no public shareable link or view tracking — your resume stays yours.

Yes. Export a Resuby JSON backup and import it on another device to restore your resume exactly. If you sign in, your resumes also sync to the cloud automatically.

There's no real-time multiplayer mode, but you can export your resume as a JSON backup for a coach to import and edit, or share the finished PDF/RTF for feedback.
