By default, resumes are stored locally on your device. If you create an account, they sync to Firebase (encrypted at rest, in transit, and restricted to your user ID) so you can edit across devices. You can delete your account and data anytime from settings.

Never. We don't have a recruiter marketplace. We don't sell profiles. We don't even have email marketing on by default.

Yes. You can request a data export or account deletion from settings at any time. We store only the data you provide and nothing else.

For most professionals, a 1-page resume is ideal. If you have 10+ years of relevant experience, a 2-page resume is acceptable. Resuby's templates automatically adjust spacing to help you fit your content perfectly.

In the US, UK, and Canada, it's generally recommended NOT to include a photo to avoid unconscious bias. However, in some European or Asian countries, it's common. Resuby offers templates both with and without photo slots.

Stick to clean, sans-serif fonts like Inter, Roboto, or Helvetica. These are easily readable by both human recruiters and ATS software. Resuby uses high-readability fonts in all templates.

If you are a student or recent graduate with a GPA above 3.5 (or 8.0 CGPA), definitely include it. If you have more than 2 years of work experience, GPA becomes less relevant and can be omitted.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 and SSL/TLS. Your resume data is restricted to your account and never accessed by Resuby staff without your permission.

No. The web app runs in any modern browser. Mobile apps are optional if you prefer native.

The mobile apps work fully offline with local save. The web app requires a connection for AI features and sync but the editor works offline after first load.

Yes. You can build and download your resume without ever signing up. Your data is saved locally in your browser. However, we recommend creating a free account to sync your work across devices.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, all resumes, and synced data from our servers. This action is irreversible.

Currently, account emails are linked to your sign-in provider (Google/Apple). To use a different email, you would need to create a new account.

Yes. Premium users can enable password protection for public links to ensure only authorized recruiters or employers can view their profile.

Premium users get access to detailed analytics, including view counts, geographic location of viewers, and which device was used to view the resume.

While we don't have a real-time 'multiplayer' mode yet, you can share your public link with your coach for feedback, or export your resume as a JSON file for them to import and edit.
