Usage Data: We collect anonymous data about how you interact with the site (e.g., which templates are most popular) to improve the user experience.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the core resume building service.
- To sync your data across your logged-in devices.

4. Data Storage & Security
By default, your resume data is stored locally in your browser cache. If you create an account, your data is synced to our secure cloud servers (Firebase) which are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
5. Third-Party Services
We use selected third-party services to power Resuby:
- AI Providers: Google Gemini and Groq (for AI features). Data sent is used only for inference and not for training.
- Analytics: PostHog (for anonymous usage tracking).
- Payments: Stripe (for Premium subscriptions). We never see or store your credit card details.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your entire account and all associated data directly from the settings page.
