By accessing or using Resuby ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Resuby provides a platform for creating and managing resumes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Resuby cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the resume content you enter. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store this content only for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, templates, software, and branding, is the property of Resuby and is protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Resuby Premium is an optional paid upgrade. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Resuby is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will lead to employment. In no event shall Resuby be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
